Job Description:
We are looking for freshers with strong analytical reasoning, logical thinking, and solid computer science fundamentals to join our enterprise applications support team. You will work on systems running SAP, Java, and Python-based applications. The role you are assigned to will depend on your skills, aptitude, and business needs..
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and troubleshoot application-level issues across enterprise environments.
- Monitor application health, logs, and performance metrics to identify and resolve problems.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to investigate incidents and drive them to resolution.
- Maintain clear documentation of issues, root cause analysis, and resolution steps. Support deployments, configuration changes, and environment management activities.
- Participate in rotational shift support including night shifts and weekend on-call duties.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Strong analytical and logical reasoning ability.
- Solid understanding of computer fundamentals — operating systems concepts, data structures, databases, and networking basics.
- Good problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex issues systematically.
- Good verbal and written communication skills. Willingness to work in 24/7 rotational shifts including nights and weekends.
- Qualification: B.Sc Computer Science, M.Sc Computers, BCA, MCA, B.Tech in IT/CS, or a related discipline.
Good to Have:
Basic programming knowledge in any language such as Python, Java, or SQL. Exposure to Linux or Windows server environments. Understanding of client-server architecture and web application basics.
