Each subscription includes module-specific, role-based access, allowing users to perform configuration and transactional activities for modules such as FI, CO, MM, SD, and others—without granting full client-level or administrative privileges. All shared systems support SAP GUI access, and the required installation packages and connection parameters are available in the  Downloads section>>

Order-to-Cash execution including pricing, ATP, delivery creation, transportation relevance, billing, credit checks, IDoc/Output, and integration with MM, TM, and Fl.

Frequently asked questions

What is a shared SAP server?

A shared environment where multiple users operate within the same client, using restricted, module - specific roles. Administrative(SAP_ALL) or BASIS-level access is not provided.

Which SAP versions are available?

Both SAP S/4 HANA 2023 / 2025 FPS levels and SAP ECC 6.0 EHP7 / EHP8 systems are supported.

How do I connect to the system?

Using SAP GUI. Download the package from the Downloads page and use the connection parameters provided upon activation.

Can I transport or customize?

Customization is limited to module-specific areas. Transport uploads are permitted in designated sandbox clients only.

What happens after my subscription expires?

Access is disabled at expiry. Renew within 15 days to retain data; after that, the client is recycled.

How are backups maintained?

Weekly incremental backups and monthly full database snapshots are performed as part of Nexxerver ’s maintenance policy

Can I upgrade to a private or dedicated server?

Yes. Migration to a dedicated tenant is supported with updated SAP Server Pricing. Contact the team via Nexxerver Support.

Are these environments licensed?

Yes. All systems are provisioned under valid SAP Server Licensing for educational, testing, evaluation and proof-of-concept usage.
