SAP BRIM CI Functional Consultant

Role Overview :

Seeking experienced SAP BRIM consultants with strong expertise in Convergent Invoicing (CI) and SAP BRIM production support environments. The consultant will drive issue triage, root cause analysis, defect resolution, testing support and customer onboarding stabilization across multiple live accounts.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead SAP BRIM CI issue analysis and resolution.
• Perform end-to-end defect triage and root cause identification.
• Support billing, invoicing, invoice correction and exception handling processes.
• Coordinate with SOM, CC, FICA, ABAP, O2C and Finance teams.
• Drive UAT support, defect retesting and production validation.
• Maintain issue trackers, SLA commitments and closure governance.
• Support onboarding of new customers into the SAP BRIM landscape.
• Participate in stabilization and hypercare activities.

Required Skills:

• 6+ years SAP experience.
• Minimum 3 years in SAP BRIM.
• Strong knowledge of:
  • SAP Convergent Invoicing (CI)
  • SOM Integration
  • Convergent Charging touchpoints
  • FICA integration
  • Billing and Invoice processing
  • Revenue and Receivables flows
• Experience managing P1/P2 production issues.
• Strong stakeholder communication and ownership mindset.

Preferred:

• S/4HANA BRIM experience.
• Managed Services support experience.
• Multi-country customer onboarding exposure.
