Role Overview:
Seeking a senior SAP Receivables Management expert to lead design and implementation of Collections Management strategy, Collection Planning and Collection Forecasting Reporting within SAP.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deploy Collection Strategy framework.
- Define customer segmentation and prioritization rules.
- Configure Collection Worklists and Collection Plans.
- Design and implement Collection Forecasting reports and dashboards.
- Work with Finance and Credit Control teams to improve recovery efficiency.
- Define collection KPIs and management reporting.
- Drive testing, business validation and go-live activities.
- Support integration with SAP FICA and Accounts Receivable processes.
Required Skills:
- 8+ years SAP Finance experience.
- Hands-on experience in:
- SAP Collections Management
- SAP Receivables Management
- FSCM Collections
- FICA Collections
- Collection Forecasting
- Dunning and Recovery Processes
- Strong business process design capability.
- Experience with reporting and analytics requirements.
Preferred:
- SAP FSCM Certification.
- Global Accounts Receivable process experience.
- Experience in high-volume receivables environments.
